Have you tried Barre3? If not, I highly suggest it! I bought a set of DVDs with a ball that we use at home. Now, by we I mean my daughters and myself. We are much more likely to continue with an exercise program if we have it at home instead of going to a gym. Some of the things I love: It is no impact, you don't need a bunch of equipment, easy to follow along, and you don't need shoes! This program is very effective and works on your core and center of balance. I simply won't be able to say enough about this program, so go check it out!
