I enjoy crafts! Whenever I am supposed to give a gift, I prefer to give something I have made. Recently, I went to a baby shower for a friend of mine. I knew I wanted to make the gifts. Here is part of what I gave her:
I took a 16”x20” canvas and painted it pink. Then I made a whole bunch of pink paper roses, and I glued them in the shape of a heart.
I made roses in various sizes and filled in every bit of space.
Once the hearts were finished, I painted the name at the bottom. This can either be done freehand, or you can make a stencil by printing it out on card stock, then cutting out the letters and using the paper as your guide.
Viola! Wall art that can be personalized for anyone!
