Paleo Week 5

In case you haven't noticed, I am really happy with my decision to change our lifestyle to Paleo!  I love the foods we eat, I love the way I feel, and I love the loss of body fat!

We are figuring out some staple recipes for us, things that must be made weekly, we have figured out our favorite snacks, and we are starting to decide what we want for our holiday meal.

All in all, it is going very well!  To be completely honest, my husband still doesn't understand the difference between gluten-free and paleo; so he is not as consistent as the rest of us.  But, he is taking baby steps, and that is fine with me.  He will get there eventually.
